They looked really nice when I first got them, but they started chipping after just a few uses. Kinda disappointing tbh, especially for the price. I expected way better.

These dishes feel really solid and they look great on my table. I’m happy with how nice the china looks in person.

so I expected the ordering process to be a lot easier, especially from a brand like Noritake. The website felt slow and a little confusing, and I kept having to click back and forth just to double-check basic item details. By the time I got to checkout, it still didn’t feel smooth or simple.

After I placed the order, the updates weren’t very clear either, so I ended up digging around for information myself. Overall, it was more hassle than I expected, and I don’t think I’d order from Noritake again.

They took forever to get back to me, which felt a little dramatic in the moment, but once they finally responded, they did help me fix my order. Not amazing, not terrible, just okay.

I was hoping these would show up on time and in one piece, and they pretty much met my expectations. The order arrived fairly quickly, and the plates were packed really well. The box did have a small dent, which made me a little nervous at first, but everything inside was fine. The shipping updates were good enough to keep me informed, so overall I’m happy with the experience

As someone who actually enjoys buying nice dinnerware and doesn’t mind paying a bit more for quality, I still felt like the prices on noritakechina.com were too high for what I ended up getting. The item did look nice, but once shipping and extra costs were added, it just didn’t feel like a good value. For the amount I paid, I expected a little more. I probably wouldn’t order again.
